Denise has been on a Pilates journey since 2012, recovering from concussions and neck trauma. She believes in the power of body-savvy movement to support healthy living.
Movement has been a golden thread throughout her life, from childhood athletics to professional modern dance to firefighting. With training in Pilates, Melt Method®, functional movement, anatomy, dance, strength, and yoga, Denise inspires clients to find their movement groove and thrive. She is passionate about learning about the body's incredible ability to heal.
When not teaching, Denise enjoys stand-up paddleboarding, golfing, cross-country skiing, gardening, and taking long walks with her Springer Spaniel, Lily Dots.
Denise has certifications in Pilates, Melt Method®, Madeline Black Method®, University of MN 200 Hour Hatha Yoga Program.
